FICA REQUIREMENTS – FICA ACT 38 OF 2001

To register for an auction, you have to comply with the Financial Intelligence Act. You have to provide us with the following documents: 

(INDIVIDUAL) 
1.         Certified copy of your valid identity document;  
2.         Proof of residence not older than 3 months;  
3.         Completion of the FICA information sheet.  
  
 (COMPANY/CC/TRUST)
 1.         Certified copy of Company/CC/Trust registration documents; 2.         Certified copies of all directors/members/trustees identity documents; 3.         Proof of residence for Company/CC/Trust and all directors/members/trustees; 
4.         Resolution/Power of Attorney/Letter of authority authorising the director/member/trustee to bid and sign documents for the purchase on                    behalf of the entity, signed by all directors/members/trustees. 
 5.        Completion of the FICA information sheet.
